That’s me!

I’m a little ruthless, a lot enthusiastic, and I love a good spreadsheet.

By day*, I am a one-woman toolkit for marketing, communications, and content. After years in various brand-side marketing roles across CPG and retail, I took Advokate Communications full-time in 2020. My experience with content and communications strategy, copywriting, creative production, and aggressive problem solving allow me to develop plans that work for both companies and their audiences, create and support content pipelines, and help brands turn their audiences into evangelists.

Today my client list is a diverse lineup of food, farmers, fintech, and more. I’m always excited to dig into a new industry or specialty.

*By night, I am CSCO (Chief Science & Crafts Officer) of my two-kid, two-pet, one-spouse household.

I’m not a sticker person, but I keep this one on my laptop to remind myself of how I choose to do business. 

I love working with clients that champion underrepresented groups, their ideas, and their initiatives –and I avoid those that choose to uphold racism, sexism, or any other damaging system. I seek out brands that apply their external values to their internal workings, whether it’s in how they care for their employees or the environmental impact of their business model. And I always lead with my values, respectfully.
